She discussed her co-judges at the X factor namely Simon, Paula Abdul and Reid. She expressed her love for working with Paula and Reid and gave a pause while expressing her love for Simon. She thinks that Simon is a unique person and feels of him being crazy at times.

When questioned about how X factor is unique from others, she replied that Simon makes it unique because he thinks as if world belongs to him and all other people know nothing. She believed that when all is well Simon will move in opposite direction. The thing which makes him unique is that you can never predict what will be his next reaction.
