Great honors are waiting for Rachel Crow, the ex “The X Factor” finalist, as she will perform in the white house in front of Barack Obama and his family. As she is going to sing the national anthem of the United States on the 9th of April of this year at the Easter Egg Roll at the White House. This performance will be streamed live online at 10 am ET. UK. Alum from The X Factor show was also invited to perform in the same event but the team had to decline such honors due to commitments of performance in Australia.

The first lady along with her daughters, Sasha and Malia attended the 25th annual Nickelodeon’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles where they saw Crow and One Direction, And apart from having The X Factor as a common factor between Crow and One Direction, as Crow came in the 5th place in the US. In 2011 while One Direction came in third in the UK the year before it. But being a part of The X factor isn’t the only thing they have in common, as they both have record contracts with Syco Music/Columbia Records. And they both agreed and had signed a contract that obligates them to go on a North American tour as opening performances for Nickelodeon boy band Big Time Rush.

Crow is planned to go on the tour with Big Time Rush in 2012, in the summer. And “One Direction” has already done the tour in March and February of the same year.
