It has been reported by some tabloids that Grammy Award winner Adele will soon become a judge in ‘The X Factor’ but that rumor has been found out to be untrue.

The simple fact is that she is not interested in the job as she was reported to have said that she does not buy into the idea of judging other singers. She also said that she wants to take a five year long break to face her personal life although it looks more like a three year break.

‘The X Factor’ US recently went through some upheavals when two judges and the host were made redundant, Judge Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzeinger and host Steve Jones were sacked after the execs wanted to do some major makeover of the show. The search for replacements is currently ongoing with all sorts of rumors flying about but they have to be announced come May.

It was reported in the UK that producer of the show Simon Cowell is really desperate to have her in the show as a judge. And they have packaged a hard to refuse deal for her. But the feedback is that she has not gone into negotiations with them and does not intend to.

The last time there was a rumor connecting her to ‘The X Factor’ it had to do with her singing in the 2011 season’s finale which would have been the first time she would be performing after having vocal surgery. This also turned out to be false as the first time she performed after the surgery was at the 2012 Grammy’s.
